Welcome! A Space of Support and Education for Women Across The Mommy Lifecycle

Hey, Beautiful Mommies and Mommies-to-Be! Welcome! I am Dr. Cleopatra. I’m a scientist and university professor, and I specialize in the intersection of reproductive health, human flourishing, and the intergenerational transmission of health.

I’m on a mission is to magnify the love and goodness in the world by using science, wisdom, and bliss to support women in creating the families and the lives of their dreams.

I’m so glad that you’re here, and I trust and pray that you will find everything you are looking for here.

I know that life is complicated and busy out there. But, here, right now, we are together. And for at least these few minutes, life can just be simple. You are safe here; you can be at ease here; you are accepted fully and completely as you are, right now, today.

This space is not yet another source of pressure to be perfect in life. This is a space for us to learn and grow together and for you to be inspired, supported, and surrounded by a loving community so that you can be the woman and the Mommy you’ve always dreamt of being—whatever that may be for you.

But I should warn you: I’m always going to push you to dream EXPANSIVELY!! Forget what you thought was probable or even possible for you. We’re going to blow your limitations, both real and imagined, wide open here together.

And while we do spend a lot of time talking about all the good stuff life has to offer—and how to bring more of it into our lives—we also have very real, open, and honest discussions about the hard, not-so-flattering parts of life. We do that because, when we don’t give ourselves permission to be human and to talk about our challenges, we reinforce society’s message that we should be perfect and have it all figured out. In doing so, we not only harm ourselves, but we also harm others because we allow others to continue to believe—wrongly—that they are the only ones facing challenges in life.

It’s no joke being a career-minded Mama these days! Society expects us to never allow our family lives to affect our professional worlds and, at the same time, to be the perfect mothers who never let work interfere with family. We get the message—whether consciously or subconsciously—that we should do all of this quietly, on our own, without needing to talk through anything, and without needing help or support.

But science is clear that this absolutely is not the case: Support and community—and being informed and inspired as part of a healthy collective—make us stronger, smarter, happier, and healthier. And these are parts of ourselves that we can—and do—pass down to our children and our families as a whole, just like we transmit our genetic material to our children.

That’s why I’m here. I work with women across The Mommy Lifecycle™, as I call it. My specialty is supporting women like you through conceiving, pregnancy, and the transition to Motherhood. I work with women who are both conceiving naturally and those who are conceiving with a gentle nudge from modern medicine, including through the use of IVF or other assistive technologies.

-Women at every stage of The Mommy Lifecycle™ crave guidance, support, encouragement, accountability, and community.

-We want information that is driven by human strengths rather than being fear-based like so many of the industries built for Mommies and babies.

-Those of us who are career-minded often wonder if we can have both the careers and the love and family of our dreams.

-We want information that is credible and usable.

-We want information that doesn’t sugarcoat the profound ways in which parenthood will challenge us to stretch and to grow—because that is what’s real and normal, not perfection.

-And, above all, we need information that is personalized to our unique physical and social circumstances, personalities, and lifestyles.

My team and I are here precisely to meet those needs for you.
